The 150KM Club is about bringing the NAIT community together, striving to reach similar health and fitness goals. This challenge is simply about moving your body more often.
The challenge runs from Jan. 29 - Apr. 5. Aim to reach 150KMs by April 5th while doing your favourite activities and receive an official glass, a trophy and lots of other prizes throughout the challenge.
All you have to do is track your KMs while doing your favourite activities like walking, running, biking, skating, skiing, swimming, etc. You can even count the KMs you earn while attending our fitness classes.
Starting Monday, January 29th you can log your KMs on the website at the end of each day or once a week. Your name will display on the leaderboard. Encourage other NAIT friends to join as well and maybe have a little friendly competition with them.
