Edmonton, AB - Tanner Butler's goal with 15 seconds remaining in the second overtime proved to be winner as the RDC Kings defeated the NAIT Ooks 3-2 in ACAC men's hockey action Saturday night at the NAIT Arena.

The Ooks goals were scored by Issac Farrah and Francis Menard, while Chase Thudium and Tanner Butler (x2) replied in a winning cause for the Kings.

Overall, the Ooks were outshot by the Kings by 45-26 shots on net.

With this loss, NAIT falls to 21-3-3-1 and remain first in the ACAC heading to playoffs, while the Kings improve to 19-7-2 and move up to third place in the ACAC. The Ooks will have a bye in the first round of playoffs and will face the winner of the playoff series between SAIT vs Augustana on Friday March 9th at NAIT.
