Edmonton, AB - Trey Weinmeier recorded a team-high 14 kills and scored 16 points as the NAIT Ooks men's volleyball team earned a 3-2 set victory (26-24, 25-19, 13-25, 18-25, 17-15) over The King's University Eagles Saturday day evening at King's University.
Ryan Frost added 42 assists for the Ooks. Evan Veldman led the way for the Eagles with 16 kills and 11 digs.
With this win the Ooks record improves to 17-5 and remain second in the North Division of the ACAC, while the Eagles fall to 11-11 and remain third in the North Division of the ACAC. The Ooks will now travel to Grande Prairie to take on the GPRC wolves next weekend in the final two games of the season.
