Edmonton, AB - Hannah Fouillard scored a pair of goals as the NAIT Ooks women's hockey team shutout the Olds College Broncos 6-0 on Saturday at the NAIT Arena.
The Ooks goals were scored by Alica Mihalicova, Kendra Hanson, Hanna Fouillard (x2), Jenn Gaeckle, and Megan Leblanc, respectively, while Emily Hickey recorded her first shut-out of the season in goal for the Blue and Gold.
Overall, the Ooks outshot the Broncos by 54-8 shots on net.
With this win, NAIT heads to the break with a 10-2 record and remain first place in the ACAC, while the Broncos fall to 4-9-1 and head to the break in the fourth place of the ACAC. The Ooks next match is against the SAIT Trojans at the NAIT Arena on Friday January 5th at 7:00pm.
