EDMONTON, Alta. - Charles O'Toole has been named interim head coach of the NAIT Ooks women's soccer team.
The longtime head coach of the successful men's program, O'Toole will now add to his duties by taking reigns of the NAIT Ooks women's soccer team this fall after head coach Carole Holt stepped away following the 2019-2020 season.
"I am very excited to have Charles take over our women's soccer program on an interim basis for the 2020 season. Charles has led our men's soccer team into one of the top programs in the ACAC recently and I am fully confident he can continue the strong tradition of success that our women's soccer program had under previous coach Carole Holt's tenure," said NAIT Athletics Manager Jordan Richey.
"I am excited to be appointed the interim position as head coach of the NAIT women's soccer program. Carole Holt has left big shoes to fill and I look forward to the challenge and opportunity to continue to build on the success she has brought to the program for many years."
