Monday: Gentle Flow Yoga Kick off your week with Gentle Flow Yoga, a relaxing session perfect for easing into the day. This class is held at 12:05 PM in the Exercise Studio (S112).
Tuesday: Hip Hop Get your groove on every Tuesday at 12:05 PM in the Exercise Studio (S112) with our Hip Hop class. This high-energy session is a fun way to improve your dance moves while getting a great workout.
Wednesday: Hatha Yoga & Kickboxing Midweek, you can choose between two fantastic classes. At 12:05 PM, head to the Exercise Studio (S112) for Hatha Yoga, a class that emphasizes balance, strength, and flexibility. If you prefer something more intense, join the Kickboxing class at the same time in the CAT Glassbox (CAT202) for a powerful cardio and strength workout.
Thursday: Self Defense On Thursdays, learn essential self-defense techniques at 4:05 PM in the Exercise Studio (S112).
Friday: Kickboxing End your week with a bang by joining our Kickboxing class every Friday at 12:05 PM in the Exercise Studio (S112).
