Start your week with our popular Monday Gentle Flow Yoga, designed to help participants move through accessible poses while focusing on breath, flexibility, and relaxation. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more restorative practice, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and recharge.
New this term, we’re also offering a Mindfulness class on Thursdays, focused on calming the mind, reducing stress, and building awareness through guided meditation and intentional breathing. It’s the perfect mid-week reset for students and staff alike.
Both classes are held in the Exercise Studio, and all equipment is provided, including yoga mats and blocks, just show up ready to move and breathe.
