Recharge your day with this low-impact Pilates class designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. This lunchtime session focuses on controlled movement and breath to help you reset, refocus, and return to your day feeling strong and energized.
All equipment is provided, including yoga mats. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is needed. FREE for all NAIT Students and Staff!
Recreation Programs Policies:
-Update Your RSVP: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance.
-Waitlist Consideration: By updating your RSVP, you allow another participant on the waitlist to join.
