Calling all students!! Get ready to explore winter in a whole new way! Join us for a fun and beginner friendly snowshoeing adventure at the Strathcona Wilderness Centre. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve tried it before, this is an easy and enjoyable way to get outside, be active, and experience the beauty of winter.
 

You’ll be guided by instructors who will introduce you to different styles of snowshoes and show you how they work, so no experience is needed. All you need to do is show up ready to move, explore, and have fun.
 

After the adventure, warm up with hot chocolate and light snacks, and stick around for prize draws. Grab a friend, enjoy the fresh air, and make some winter memories with Campus Recreation.

Cost:
It's only $10 for this amazing experience and includes transportation! You will receive an email with payment details after you register for the event. Please click here to register!

Transportation:

We will be providing transportation to and from the event. Pick up and drop off will at NAIT in E parking lot, near the Gymnasium. All participants must arrive in front of the Gymnasium by 12:30pm. Click HERE for location of the E parking lot and Gymnasium.

Time break-down:
Bus pick up at NAIT: 12:45pm
Event time: 2pm-4pm

Bus pick up at Strathcona Wilderness Centre: 4:30pm
