We are seeking applicants for the roles of Athletics Operations Supervisor and Recreation Supervisor. Both positions are vital in shaping the future of NAIT's athletics and recreation initiatives, enhancing student experiences, and building strong partnerships within the community.

Athletics Operations Supervisor

Reporting to the Director of Athletics & Recreation, the Athletics Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in the success of NAIT's athletics operations. From supervising coordinators and managing tournament sports to overseeing athletic therapy and compliance, this position involves diverse responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of the department.

This position is ideal for individuals with a related post-secondary diploma or degree, at least five years of experience in athletics/sports facilities, and a proven track record in supervisory roles.

Recreation Supervisor

The Recreation Supervisor reports to the Recreation & Facilities Manager and is responsible for providing strategic leadership in student recreation initiatives. The role is crucial in developing engaging recreational opportunities, leading a team of coordinators, and fostering partnerships with external groups.

Candidates for this role should have a related post-secondary diploma or degree, five years of experience in recreation/sports facilities, and three to five years of supervisory experience.
