The Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) is proud to announce that the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) will host the 2026 CCAA Men's Volleyball National Championship. The event will take place from March 11-14, 2026, bringing together the top collegiate men's volleyball teams from across the country to compete for the prestigious national title.

Known for its vibrant arts scene, renowned festivals, and passionate sports fans, Edmonton provides the perfect backdrop for a national championship. NAIT has a storied legacy of hosting major CCAA events, including six national badminton championships, two basketball championships, and one soccer championship. With its outstanding facilities, experienced event management team, and passionate volleyball community, NAIT is well-equipped to deliver an exceptional championship experience.

The 2025 CCAA Men's Volleyball Champions hail from the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC), adding further excitement for the region to host the 2026 championship. With back-to-back national success, the ACAC continues to demonstrate its dominance and passion for volleyball, making NAIT a fitting venue for this highly anticipated event.

As the 2024 CCAA national champions, the NAIT Ooks men's volleyball program continues to build on its legacy of excellence. While the team did not qualify for nationals this season, their recent championship victory highlights the program's strength. This makes it a prime time for NAIT to host, showcasing its commitment to high-level competition and the continued development of collegiate volleyball.
