EDMONTON, ALTA. - Dylan Stewart scored twice as the NAIT Ooks defeated the Portage Voyageurs 4-0 in ACAC men's hockey action on Friday night in the NAIT Arena.
From start to finish NAIT controlled the play of the game. They outshot the Voyageurs 55-19. Dylan Stewart scored twice, while Thomas Foster and Jarid Hauptman added a goal each in the 4-0 win.
Brendan Jensen made 19 saves to record his second shutout of the season.
"We controlled the game from start to finish and didn't give up an odd-man rush all night. It was a good win," said Ooks' head coach, Tim Fragle.
Tonight also marked Tanner Dunkle's 130th game played for the Ooks, which is the most in NAIT men's hockey history.
