GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB. - Oscar Miranda's 68th-minute goal proved to be the winner in the Ooks victory over GPRC on Saturday in ACAC men's soccer action in Grande Prairie.
The Ooks goals were scored in the 16th and 68th minute by Julian Gonzalez and Oscar Miranda, respectively, while David Cruz added a lone goal in a losing cause for the Wolves
Overall, the Ooks outshot the 12-3.
With this win, NAIT remains in 2nd place in the ACAC North, and clinches a playoff spot, with a record of 6-1-0. GPRC falls to 1-5-2. The Ooks will wrap up the season when they host the 1st place Keyano Huskies October 21st, and GPRC will travel Edmonton to take on Concordia & Kings.
