Edmonton, AB. - Zach Kaiser's goal in the 8th minute proved to be the winner during the NAIT Ooks' decisive 3-0 victory over Concordia Sunday in ACAC men's soccer action at Concordia.
The Ooks goals were scored in the 8th, 12th and 22nd minute by Zach Kaiser, Joseph Costouros and Guiherme Sousa-Alencar respectively, while Francesco Marrazzo recorded his third shutout of the season in goal for the Blue and Gold.
Overall, the Ooks outshot the Thunder 7-4.
With this win, NAIT finishes in 2nd place in the ACAC North, while Concordia finishes 3rd. Both teams will now compete at the ACAC Championships hosted by NAIT, October 27-29 in Sherwood Park at the Emerald Hills Sports Pavillion.
