The NAIT Ooks men's soccer team defeated the Concordia Thunder 4-0.

EDMONTON, ALTA.- Zima and Gakona both pot a pair as the NAIT Ooks defeated the Concordia Thunder 4-0 in ACAC men's soccer action under the lights at Clarke Field Tuesday Night.

Matthew Zima opened up the scoring at the 6-minute mark to give the Ooks an early lead, but that would be the lone goal in the first half as NAIT led 1-0 at halftime.  

The second half began similar to the first, although this time it was Chris Gakona scoring early for the Ooks, followed up shortly after by Zima scoring his second of the game. Gakona would find the back of the net one more time before the end of the match, completing the 4-0 win over the Thunder.

With tonight's win NAIT now has a 3-0-1 record and leads the ACAC North Division, they will look to continue their success as they travel to Camrose this Saturday to take on the Augustana Vikings. The Concordia Thunder will play host to the King's Eagles on Saturday.
