EDMONTON, Alta. - The NAIT Ooks men's volleyball team defeated the GPRC Wolves in straight sets on Saturday afternoon in the NAIT Gymnasium.
The first place NAIT Ooks struck early and often in the matinee match. Right from the first serve, the Ooks dominated the play leading for the entire match. NAIT won the first set 25-15, the second set 25-17 and the final set 25-15, to earn the 3-0 victory.
With the win on Saturday, the Ooks inch closer to clinching the top spot in the ACAC North division with one weekend of competition left before the ACAC Championships on Feb.27-29 at Lethbridge College.
