GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB - Sydney Hurlburt scored a game-high 35 points and added 6 rebounds as the NAIT Ooks topped the GPRC Wolves 82-45 in ACAC women's basketball action Saturday afternoon in Grande Prairie.
Wolves' Sydney Andres both had 17 points and 14 rebounds to lead GPRC in a losing effort.
Despite being outrebounded the Ooks were able to take advantage of their opportunities outscoring the Wolves in every quarter.
With this win, the Ooks record improves to 5-3 and remain 2nd in the North Division of the ACAC, while the Wolves fall to 0-8 and remain last in the standings. NAIT's next game is next Friday when the Ooks will play host to the Kings Eagles.
