Edmonton, AB - 5th year guard Kika Greenlee scored a game-high 21 points and added 4 three pointers as the NAIT Ooks topped the Grande Praire Wolves 72-68 in ACAC basketball action Friday evening at the NAIT Gymnasium.
Sydney Andres led the way for the Wolves with 20 points and 7 rebounds.
The Ooks struggled all game to take the lead as the Wolves came out strong on the first three quarters being up 13 heading to the fourth quarter. The Ooks were able to pick up the pace and intensity of the game. Kika Greenlee took over the game and the Ooks won the fourth quarter 23-7 and completed the comeback.
With this win the Ooks record improves to 12-9, while the Wolves fall to 2-21. Rematch will take place tomorrow Saturday February 17th at 1:00pm in the NAIT Gymnasium.
