EDMONTON, Alta. – Riding a strong first half that saw the Ooks put up fifty-one points, NAIT eventually pulled away from the Keyano Huskies on Friday night, finishing with a fifteen-point win and a final score of 78-63

NAIT pushed the pace in the first and second quarters with strong full court pressure on the defensive end with quick transition to the offensive end, eventually forcing twenty turnovers overall that led to twenty-four points on the night.

The second half saw both teams tighten up defensively after a blistering pace to start the game, and settle into a more defensive battle

Of significance on the night was head coach Todd Warnick of the NAIT Ooks. With the win on Friday night, coach Warnick gathered his 200^th ACAC win.

The win pushes NAIT to 8-1 at home on the season.
