Find Your Fit: Classes & Challenges
Looking for motivation? Join a fitness class to get moving with others, or take a fitness challenge to push yourself further. Fun, supportive, and open to all levels!
Beginning with some gentle centering exercises to bring your focus in to your body, we will then explore safely mobilizing the joints and easing common areas of tension. This will lead to moving through a short Flow sequence, with lots of options to adapt the intensity, so you can take exactly what you need in the moment. Winding down, we will gently stretch out any muscle groups that were targeted in the flow sequence, with a calming, restorative finish to the class.
All the equipment is provided for the participants, including Yoga mats and Yoga blocks.

Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and boost your flexibility in this low-impact Pilates class. Perfect for all levels, this class focuses on controlled movements, mindful breathing, and full-body strength, helping you feel strong, balanced and refreshed.
All the equipment is provided, including Yoga mats. All fitness levels welcome, no experience needed!
Discover dynamic striking and conditioning through martial arts and find your style! Punches, kicks, elbows, and knees combine for a wide range of combative movements drawn from styles including kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai. Elements of kickboxing can train you for sport, fitness, and self-defense while fostering confidence and resilience.
We will be using boxing gloves and mitts, which will be provided in the class. If you have your own gloves, we encourage you to bring them to each class.
Looking to climb, meet new people, and level-up your skills at your own pace? Climb & Connect is a relaxed, community-focused climbing session open to all skill levels, from first-timers to seasoned climbers.
Whether you’re working on your footwork, pushing your grade, or just want a fun way to stay active, this program is the perfect space to climb alongside others in a welcoming, social environment.
A climbing instructor will be on-site as a consultant to answer questions, offer tips, and help you refine your technique. However, the session is still self-directed, allowing you to choose your own challenges while still having support available.
All participants must bring their NAIT OneCard.
WEDNESDAYS: 3:00PM - 3:45PMFeeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need to hit pause? This 30-minute guided meditation class is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Through gentle breathwork, grounding exercises, and simple mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, quiet your thoughts, and leave feeling more centered and refreshed.
What to expect:
• Guided meditation in a supportive, no-judgment space
• Yoga mats provided
• Chairs available for seated meditation, come as you are
• Wear something comfortable
